My group had decided to change multiple things about the storyline, Jasmine was originally going to survive and was going to tell Mason to run away; which Mason would of course think was a prank. However, the whole scene was deleted and we had decided to make Jasmine die for the plot, this would also raise a question, if Jasmine died, and the monster was from Mason's imagination, who killed the poor girl. This would cause great confusion to the audience, and this is what we're trying to accomplish.
